This 5000-square-foot project combines a new headquarters for the owner with an enlarged retail and office space for his flagship pharmacy. The scope of the construction involved combining two retail spaces by removing a fire-rated demising wall, while maintaining the retail store’s daily operations. The walls are lined with custom metal racks to maximize storage and organization. Textured wood accent walls offer aesthetic appeal. Glass pendants provide ample light without obstructing vertical space or clients’ sight lines.
