SRA maximized the footprint of this new 22,000-square-foot glass-and-steel office building by including a subterranean parking deck in the building plan. Large windows take advantage of natural light, while brick accents add continuity with the other office buildings on the complex. The project required substantial site work, including blasting of the existing rock on the property which was salvaged and later used as the retaining walls for the rear of the property.
