This project, located at the Jersey Shore, involved the deconstruction and transformation of a 1970s contemporary beach home. While maintaining the shape of the home’s front façade, SRA added larger windows and a new metal roof. At the rear of the residence, we installed new windows and doors allowing the occupants to take full advantage of the ocean view. A flat roof area features a hot tub and sitting area and a new pool mimics the linear shapes of the home. Inside, all finishes were updated and walls were removed to create an open floor plan.
