This project involved the complete gut renovation of the 17-story, 1920s-era structure consisting of 65 apartments and a rooftop pool. The building, located in South Beach, Miami, Florida, was outfitted with hurricane-grade building products materials. SRA was hired to redesign and decorate the units inclusive of furniture and all interior finishes.
