This custom contemporary home was designed to blur the lines between interior and exterior. The large, open floor plan with 12’-high floor-to-ceiling windows allows the interior space to connect to the exterior without interruption. The stone walls and wood siding found on the exterior are repeated on the interior walls to reinforce this effect. The home’s orientation ensures privacy for the occupants while maintaining an exterior connection, thus balancing privacy with the practicalities of living in a modern, glass- box home. Sleek furnishings and a neutral palette complement the exterior aesthetic and textural elements add warmth to the interior. Amenities include a custom wine cellar located near the dining area and an outdoor shower area coupled with the primary bathroom.
